If you have received an Orange Tag on your brush/bulk debris, a collection violation was identified and needs to be corrected in order for your location to be serviced. The regulations are controlled and governed by Dallas City Code, Chapter 18. For additional information please contact us.

Customers may request an oversize collection of up to 20 cubic yards once per calendar year by submitting a service request online, through the Dallas 311 app or by calling 3-1-1. The service request must be submitted the week prior to the customer's brush/bulk collection week. A service request can be submitted up until Sunday 11:59 p.m. the day before their scheduled Monday collection Week. The service request can not be cancelled once submitted.

Set outs exceeding the 10 cubic yard limit (or once annual 20 cubic yard exception) or which contain prohibited items will generally be collected, and the customer will be automatically billed for the non-compliant set out at the rate of $60 per 5 cubic yards, billed in 5 cubic yard increments. Early, oversize, and non-compliant setouts are subject to enforcement action, including issuance of citations in addition to collection fees.

Please see the information below for accepted items, proper set out times and placement requirements. Brush and bulky item collection regulations are governed by Dallas City Code Section 18-4.
